With a shared account, you'll be able to use apps, that do not need root access and aren't set up server-side, so in the event that you need specific software for your websites, you cannot do the installation on a shared web server. Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers

The upgrade could be ordered for any one of the VPS server packages irrespective of the Operating System and CP that you have selected or the task that you need to be executed as our admins will assist you with anything associated with the software on the server. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up third-party software, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts if they do not perform adequately, etc. The upgrade features one hour of work and if a specific task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and will be listed in the VPS billing CP. You'll be able to use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server. That way, you could work on your websites without needing to worry that you won't be able to use some application or losing time on complex matters.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers

The upgrade is available with all our dedicated web hosting plans and if you add it, our skilled admins can help you with anything on your hosting server. This includes setting up any third-party software that you might want to use on the web server and troubleshooting any script which functions badly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade provides one hour of work and if a certain task isn't very time-consuming, we will add the remaining time to your account. You will be able to see how many minutes are left within your billing CP and use them whenever you require support again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be acquired at any time, so if you need something to be installed in the very beginning, you could add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you need help later on, you'll be able to add it from the hosting server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are supplied with our Managed Services pack as well, but if you need additional work to be performed on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your applications shall be installed and set up in the best possible way.
